Broadband Wifi internet access is available in all guest rooms

Guest sitting room

A pot of tea or coffee or a glass of our homemade elderflower cordial is available in the sitting room on your arrival. You are welcome to help yourself to a glass of complimentary homemade liqueur whilst enjoying your surroundings.

Garden

Please feel free to wander around or sit out in the garden or on the patio; a croquet set and field skittles are available for guests use.

Smoking

We operate a no smoking policy in the house and rooms, if you wish to smoke please feel free to do so in the garden or on the patio, ash trays are provided on request.

Bedrooms

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities including a selection of herbal teas. The rooms also each have a remote control television, DVD player, CD or DAB clock radio, hairdryer, trouser press, pedestal fan.

Local Walks

There are some lovely circular walks from the Farm one of which starts immediately opposite the house along the edge of our ancient ridge and furrow meadow. A local walks booklet is provided in the welcome folder and local Ordnance Survey map is available for you to borrow.

 

 

 

Disability Access

The Swallows has been converted to offer disabled access, for more details please see the accommodation page. A large print brochure is available on request as is our disability access statement.

Health and Safety

For your safety and protection it may reassure you to note that a full risk and COSSH assessment has been carried out which has been evaluated by an external health and safety advisor.

Please note that we have a well behaved house dog; No pets except assistance dogs; Children by prior arrangement
